	48-hour expedited plan or inspection, increase fee 50%
	96-hour expedited plan or inspection, increase fee 25%
	Preliminary review fee @ $125 hr., 1-hour minimum
	Travel to site @ $1.00/mile over 50 miles from Duncanville, Texas, based on map radii distance
	Re-inspection @ $75/hr. with minimum fee of $150.00
	A 5% discount can be applied if review and inspection fee or both paid with review fee.

Review fee must be paid at time of submission and made payable to: Terry F. Brewer & Associates
Inspection fee must be paid before inspection and made payable to: Terry F. Brewer & Associates
Maximum Five trips to site included
